Foldable motorcycle tyre changer
Developed for motorcycle sport.
Based on many kilometres on track, we developed a machine made for motorcycle sport enthusiasts. It is built primarily for track riding, but not only for it.
Tyrebox is a compact solution in one package. The kit includes a lever mechanism for pressing the tyre bead off the rim. The contact shoe is made of polyamide with 15% carbon fibre for higher strength and maximum rim protection.
It can be powered by a standard cordless drill. We recommend at least 50 Nm of torque. The drill is not included in the set. Compatible options may include Makita, Parkside or DeWalt.
Packed for travel: everything is stored in a practical bag sized 700 x 200 x 200 mm.
Lightweight construction
The load-bearing parts are made from EN 573-3 AW 6060 T66 EN 755-1,2,8 aluminium with excellent strength and acceptable weight. Fasteners are made from stainless steel.
Force transfer
The worm gearbox and cordless drill generate the high torque needed for tyre removal and mounting.
Quick handling
Everything is designed so the machine can be assembled quickly and ready for use.
Stable frame
Despite its low weight and compact size, the assembled structure is stable and resistant to load.
Versatility
The machine allows quick adjustment for different tyre sizes.
Custom solution
On request, the setup can be equipped for significantly smaller tyres, for example pit bikes or scooters.

The complete kit is packed in a practical bag sized 700 x 200 x 200 mm.

TYREBOX was developed in Zlín, Czech Republic, based on practical experience with changing motorcycle tyres directly at racing circuits.

TYREBOX is manufactured by the Czech company Techbelt s.r.o. The individual parts are produced, assembled and inspected in the Czech Republic.

Not included in delivery: 17 mm wrench for moving the axle, or lever with 17 mm ring spanner.

What wheels can I change?
The tyre changer is primarily intended for track riding. We have tested it on R17 wheels, but use on smaller or larger sizes is not excluded. The minimum centre bore is 20 mm.
What cordless drill do I need?
Use a cordless drill with a chuck that can clamp a 10 mm shaft. We recommend at least 50 Nm of torque.
How much is shipping?
We ship using parcel services to pickup points, parcel boxes or by another agreed method. Cross-border delivery is priced individually, especially through Posta bez hranic.
Can I buy individual parts only?
Yes, it is possible. We will confirm the price of individual parts based on your specific request.
